Processing Time Since many of our products are made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Custom and print-on-demand items may take slightly longer during peak periods.
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or weather are outside our control.
Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand and dropshipping partners and may ship via Canada Post, USPS, DHL, or other regional carriers depending on your location.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at dreamteesco@gmx.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. DreamTeesCo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at dreamteesco@gmx.com — we can only make changes before production begins.
